Your School or Faculty will advise if you need a badge and will place a bulk order for all new students.

Special Information for Veterinary Students

Badges are bulk ordered once per year at the start of Semester 1 by your student association. 
You will be advised to order and pay for your badge via RubricFor enquiries please contact:

  • $15.17 – Magnetic clasp (default)
  • $12.90 – Brooch clasp

Delivery options

  • $11.00 – Standard post
    Allow 6–10 business days from order
  • $16.50 – Australia Post Express
    Allow 4–6 business days from order
  • $5.50 – Store pickup (packaging and handling only)
    Allow 3–5 business days from order

How to Order 

Email stationery@uq.edu.au with the following information:

  • Name (exactly as it should appear on your badge)
  • Pronouns (optional)
    e.g. she/her, he/him, they/them
  • Study area, for example:
    • Medical Student
    • Pharmacy Student
    • Veterinary Student
    • Veterinary Technology Student
    • Dentistry Student
  • Delivery option
  • Date required by (if applicable)
  • Postal name and full address (including postcode)

Badges are supplied with a magnetic clasp by default
Please advise if you require a brooch clasp instead.

 


Proof Approval

You will receive a badge proof to review and approve before the order is placed.

 


Payment

  • An invoice will be emailed to you once your badge has been dispatched.
  • Please pay by credit card using the secure payment link included in the invoice.
