If you wear uniforms at UQ or are the buyer for staff, please register below for access to the portal.

Please include your Budget Holder or Financial Delegate, who is approved for uniform purchases. When you place an order, add your chart string, following the example provided. An email will be sent to the person with permission to purchase uniforms.

FAQs

How do I know if the item will fit me?

We recommend you click on the product fact sheet for the garment, check the measurements using an item you currently wear, For example measure a shirt chest from underarm tro underarm and compare to the sizing chart

How do I pay?

Please include your organisation chart string in the example format. You can add your name as an FFT so your order can be easily allocated to you. Each order incurs flat rate packing and freight charges.

What if the item I want is not on the portal?

If you can't find what you are looking for, your department has not added this item to the range or it has not been requested. All items must UQ Brand compliant - access the guidelines for more information. You can request a new item by emailing enquiry@uqprint.com.au - subject "uniform addition request"

How long will it take?

Uniforms are aggregated each month. Order by the end of the month and we will combine orders on the next business day. You can expect to receive your order in approx 3 weeks.
